Services

ACID CHERRY provides brand strategy consulting as described in each engagement proposal. Scope, deliverables, and timeline are defined per project agreement.

Intellectual Property

Client owns all deliverables upon full payment. ACID CHERRY retains all rights to its methodology, frameworks, and proprietary tools used during the engagement.

Payment

Payment terms are defined in each engagement agreement. Invoices are due within the period specified in the proposal.

Limitation of Liability

ACID CHERRY's liability is capped at the total value of the engagement as stated in the applicable proposal.
